The annual Christmas Party was well attended with a few new faces joining us. The weather couldn't have been better! The roads were clear and so was the sky. Nester's outdid themselves with hospitality and accommodations. The rooms were initially cold and several of us wondered if there were enough blankets on the beds, but we discovered their heaters are beyond belief and for one, I had to open the window to cool the room in order to sleep. "Pinky" had our dining room nicely decorated to include a beautiful tree. The wait staff not only served, but worked the grill outside the dining room for the steaks and chicken. Sorry we missed some of the regulars to our party, due to conflict in schedules. Elf Pat Jenkins has already secured and reserved the location for 2012's party: the first weekend in December.

Beverly Anderson announced at the Christmas Party that she is now the proud owner of a new bird--Cessna 206 -N8763Z. Congratulations Beverly. There is a beautiful picture of it in the gallery below (last slide of the show)!
