•    The Idaho 99s Flyin for October is Saturday, Oct 8, to KJER for the Jerome Farmers Market Harvest Festival.

• The weather looks fabulous for flying and taking in the harvest festival.  Kids and families are invited.

•    The plan is to arrive at the Jerome airport by 10:30 am.  Then we will coordinate to take courtesy cars to drive about four miles on Highway 93 to the Mountain View Barn.  Choices for food from vendors at the market include Portuguese BBQ, another specialty BBQ, tacos and tamales, baked goods, hot chocolate, and more.  The festival ends at 2 pm.  We can coordinate departure times.

•    If you plan to fly, please let us know if you have seats available.  And if you would like to be a passenger, also reply and we will let you know who to contact for arranging seats for the flight.

The change from our Council Flying event is to the Ontario (KONO) for the Airport Food Truck Fly In from 11:00 – 3:00 on Saturday, May 14.

Please let us know if you would like to attend and would have seats available or would like to join a flight as a passenger.

Currently, there are 3 seats available leaving from Nampa Airport: April (208 871-0031) has 1 seat; Cheryl (208 440-4509) has 2 seats for passengers.

Note: Our Council Flying Event on Saturday is postponed. The weather forecast for Council shows rain and low clouds. Hopefully, we can find a time to reschedule.

Council (U82) Flyin (arrival by 10 am) hosted by Kathy Hughes.

We will need to get a headcount for who will be attending,

who has seats available and who needs rides,

as well as the preference for sandwiches or pizza.  There are two great restaurants to choose from.
